These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of launchstall.com and related services (the “Service”) operated by LaunchStall (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts
- You sign in with Google. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
- One person, one account. You are responsible for activity on your account and must keep it secure.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or our Guidelines.
2. Launching products
- You may launch products you make or are authorised to represent. Listings must be accurate and not misleading.
- Each week has a limited number of launch slots. A slot is confirmed only once the launch is scheduled (and, for paid plans, paid).
- Free listings ask you to keep the LaunchStall badge on your website. If it is removed, your listing stays live but the backlink becomes nofollow after a grace period.
- We may edit, decline or remove listings that are unlawful, unsafe, spammy, infringing or that break our Guidelines.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (listings, images, comments). You grant LaunchStall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute it in connection with the Service, including in newsletters, social posts, share images and machine-readable versions of product pages. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.
4. Community rules
- Vote and comment honestly. Buying, trading or automating votes, comments, check-ins or referrals is prohibited.
- No harassment, hate, spam, malware, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Rankings are by community upvotes. “Verified” and priority placement indicate a paid plan, not an endorsement.
5. Paid plans, ads and payments
- Prices for Premium, Premium+, advertising and newsletter features are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and issues receipts; its terms also apply to your purchase.
- Ad placements are clearly labelled as sponsored. We may decline ads that are misleading or unlawful and refund any amount paid for them.
- Purchases are for a specific launch week or ad week. If we cannot deliver a purchased placement, we will offer another week or a refund.
6. Credits and streaks
- Credits are promotional, have no cash value, are not transferable and can only be spent on LaunchStall.
- Credits cover whole purchases only and may expire or be adjusted if the programme changes.
- We may revoke credits, streaks or rewards obtained through abuse, fake accounts or automation.
7. Our service
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Products listed on LaunchStall are made by third parties; we do not endorse them and are not responsible for them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchStall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
